Almost everything on the index was published somewhere else by someone else. A listing is a link to that work, the facts about it (title, author, where and when it appeared), and a short description written here. We do not host the listed work, own it, or hold any license over it, and listing is not publishing. Rights in each piece stay entirely with whoever holds them. A listing is not an endorsement and does not mean we agree with the piece. If you wrote something listed here and would rather it were not, write to [email protected] and it comes down.

You may read, link to, print and share the imprint's own pages, and quote from them with attribution and a link. That permission covers what we wrote, which on the index means the descriptions and the arrangement of the list, not the pieces themselves: what you may do with a listed piece is between you and whoever holds its rights. Please do not republish a whole piece as your own, present it as if someone else wrote it, use it to train a model without asking, or use the imprint's name or mark to imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

Nothing published here is legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and none of it is given to you in a professional capacity. Reading it, subscribing, or writing in does not create any advisory or confidential relationship.

A link submitted through the index form is reviewed, not automatically listed. Inclusion in the index is not a guarantee, is not for sale, and can be removed if a piece no longer holds up.
